Here in Western Oregon school doesn't usually start until after labor day and this year was no exception. We actually didn't start until September 9th but that didn't lower the excitement level. Alexis started 5th grade and it is hard to believe that this will be her last year in elementary school. Natalie is in 2nd grade and was as excited as ever to get to be in Mrs. Malpass's class. Alexis had Mrs. Malpass for two years in a row and she is a great teacher. As you can see from the pictures Ava was very excited for her sisters but a little sad that she has another year before her school years begin and Benson really could have cared less. He was just determined to clean the kitchen floor. Anytime one of us get out the swivel sweeper to clean the floor he comes running in and starts saying "my turn, my turn".
